Professor Sasho Korunovski, PhD, Rector

Professor Korunovski is Full Professor of Art History and Archaeology, long serving member of the Macedonian National Committee of UNESCO and the Council for the Management of the Natural and Cultural Heritage of Ohrid UNESCO Region, architect and leading expert in valorization, protection and revitalization of cultural heritage. He served two terms as Rector of the second oldest Macedonian university, St. Clement of Ohrid University – Bitola, once as Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality – Ohrid, and leading researcher on numerous international and regional cultural heritage projects, and well as the Study of the Macedonian National Strategy for the Cultural Tourism.
